When AI makes knowledge cheap to reproduce, the documents, models, and playbooks a business once relied on stop defending it. Artifact Collapse is a working framework for what still does, rigorous about durable advantage in a zero-cost-cognition world, and honest about what no longer holds. Five tests, six candidate moats, three classifications: a method for sorting which advantages a frontier model can reconstruct from your finished work and which it cannot.
